The Daily Maid Service
We aim to provide a reliable and high quality cleaning service.
We have to rely on you to contact us if for any reason you are not happy. This may be due to a couple of reasons.
- With the best will in the world personalities do come into it and if you find you do not get on with the staff we send you please do not hesitate to contact us, we will change the staff until you are happy.
- Not all the staff clean in the same way, some may clean certain things more thoroughly than others, whereby some may clean in an entirely different way, it solely depends on what you want and we will try to accommodate you no matter how many attempts or changes in staff it takes.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work you need to contact me within 24hrs of having the job done. We will then investigate the complaint and if we find the work is of a poor standard we will re-clean the area you are not happy with free of charge.
The above is subject to:
- We are contacted within 24hrs of the cleaning being carried out (this obviously cannot apply if you are away on holiday or if the property is a second home, if a complaint is received from either of these instances it will be treated on its own merit)
- The staff have enough time in the first place to carry out the duties expected from them.
